FREE CC REGISTRATIONS

We will register a CC for you FREE of charge, when you sign a one year service contract with us. All you will pay is R150 to the registrar for the name reservation and registration fee.

The one year does not apply to one calendar year, but one financial year of the corporation. Services will include all tax returns, drafting of financial statements and accounting officer reports. Services will exclude monthly and daily accounting and secretarial services, but could be performed on the client’s request. The service fees start from as low as R2,400 per year for all the services mentioned and is only payable upon completion of a tax return or when the the financial statement is completed after the first financial year end of the corporation.

Process:

2. If you are happy with the fees and agreement, we will forward an invoice of R150 and a CC registratiion

form.

3. Upon receipt of confirmation of the deposit and the completed CC registration form we will start with the name reservation process.

3. Once the name has been reserved you will need to sign the service agreement.

4. Once we have received the signed service agreement, we will complete the CC registration.
